All the products you see available on this website are authentic Dance Music Organisation / DMO Recordings merchandise as we are part of the DMO Group.
What is your returns / refund policy
It depends on the reason
We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item is faulty or not as described. If you purchased the wrong item or the wrong size, then we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. The reason for this is simple, many of the items are made to order as we do not hold stock of these items and so can only offer the same returns policy as our manufacturer. You are responsible for the cost of postage of any item returned to us.
What sizes do you offer
It depends on the item
All clothing items come in a range of sizes, except for the caps which have an adjustable fasteners for head sizes up to 62CM. Make sure before you make your purchase you have selected the correct size based on the size guide provided on the purchase page. You are responsible for ensuring you order the correct size. We will only accept a return if the size delivered was not the size ordered!
How long is delivery
It depends on the item
The time it takes to deliver your item depends on whether it is an item we stock, if it is made in the UK or by one of our overseas manufacturers. If it is an item we stock then you can expect delivery within a week from purchase. If the item is made in the UK then allow up to two weeks for manufacture and delivery. If the item is made abroad then it can take up to six weeks to manufacture and deliver. The delivery time scales are clearly stated on each product purchase page, but you are always welcome to email us if you have any concerns or queries. Please note these are estimated delivery times and it is likely you will receive your item quicker than stated, but we cannot guarantee this or account for any hold ups clearing customs or circumstances out of our control.
How much is delivery
It depends on purchase value
Postage charges are based on purchase value and destination country. We are UK based so shipping outside UK is more expensive. However, if your order value is over either £50.00 GBP, €75.00 EURO or $100.00 USD shipping is FREE!
How is a purchase made
Our website uses PayPal to handle all purchases, so you can shop with confidence knowing your purchases are safe and secure.
Why do the colours differ
Screen vs Printing
Colours displayed on a computer screen will always differ from those printed onto fabric. Our manufacturer has done a colour 'best match' and achieved a very good approximation, although not exact!
My item is a little creased
Has it been halfway round the world?
You may find that when you receive an item such as a TShirt, it may be a little creased. This is to be expected, especially if you live far from the UK. To keep shipping costs to a minimum TShirts are sent in plastic mail bags and so are susceptible to creasing. Simply iron the garment in the normal manner, ensuring not to place a hot iron direct onto printed areas by ironing the item inside out or using a cover such as a tea towel for protection.
